Terrible experience. Bought a used truck and drove it home. The next day my wife drove it to the store and when she was done shopping it wouldn't start. They did pay f Bought a used truck and drove it home. The next day my wife drove it to the store and when she was done shopping it wouldn't start. They did pay for a new battery. A few weeks later it started having transmission issues(rough shifting, surging, slow acceleration). I took it to a mechanic for transmission fluid change and he noticed the symptoms as he drove it into his shop. He decided to check for error codes and the truck had 14 error codes all related to the transmission so he suggested NOT changing the fluid. Lucky for me I had a 3 month power train warranty from the dealer! Called the dealer and they assured me service would call me. Several calls and 2.5 weeks later(as my warranty ticked away) I asked the salesman if he just wanted the truck back and to refund me. Next day service called! They had the truck for about a week and said they found nothing wrong and saw no codes. I drove the truck home (2 hours each way) and took it to AutoZone for a code check.....all the same codes were there and the issue remain. Unfortunately the process lasted long enough for the warranty to expire. More
