Agata Klos, thank you for your understanding and your response. I completely understand having a competitive pricing point and i understand not being able to accept an offer, however, Mario’s response and actions were completely unprofessional and we’re not called for. Having a polite and simple response of we’re sorry but we cannot accept your offer and explaining why would have been perfect, but instead we were treated horribly by him. Your own customers were walking by us as he was raising his voice at us, which gives your dealership a bad view as well. Thank you for your time and understanding and I am very sorry our interaction unexpectedly went this way.
