Since the dealer was very far from my location I tried to send in pertinent information about my trade-in vehicle. Unfortunately they insisted I bring in my vehicle. I told them NO. Let me provide you with a send in pertinent information about my trade-in vehicle. Unfortunately they insisted I bring in my vehicle. I told them NO. Let me provide you with a Vin Number, License Plates, and even photos of my vehicle, so they could provide a dollar amount for my trade-in. They wouldn't work with me at all. I simply refused to drive so far just to be pressured to purchase what ever they had on their lot. More

I wish there was a zero star rating for this dealership. My journey started about 1 month ago. While having my oil changed, I went in to the showroom to speak with a salesman regarding my lease coming up in My journey started about 1 month ago. While having my oil changed, I went in to the showroom to speak with a salesman regarding my lease coming up in 3 months. I asked for a lease quote on a vehicle equipped exactly like I have, and was told that there weren’t any such vehicles in stock. A lease quote was only given on a car in stock. He offered to order a car, but when I asked if I’d be in the same realm of payment, once again he said he can’t do it. My lease turn in is a 3 year old car with 15k mikes. I asked him to have my car appraised and once again, only if there was a car in stock to buy. He said he’d see what he can do and would call me. He even verified my phone number. I never received a call. I received an email from Armi and said if I came in, they would have go over details with me. I set an appointment specifically asking for lease numbers and an appraisal. Armi said to ask for Armi or Mario. I was greeted at the door by a salesman who asked me for my keys, and pulled up a car that was not even close to what I own. It was a 2 wheel drive without the elite package. Once again I asked for some numbers and was given the same runaround, only to leave once again without any quotes. I was told by the salesman that my payment would probably go up $150 per month. This would have been my 3rd car purchased from this dealer. Armi or Mario never even came out to meet me. More

Sales guy, Chris, was great. Finance guy, Christian (and/or his boss), not so much. Identified a vehicle I wanted to purchase. Chris and I agreed on a price. Fast forward to the Finance part of (and/or his boss), not so much. Identified a vehicle I wanted to purchase. Chris and I agreed on a price. Fast forward to the Finance part of the process. Dude printed up a contract with a 4.64% interest rate -- which is criminally high based on my credit score. I said as much and he very quickly identified another rate (shocking) that was much more realistic. I left to go to the bank to get a cashier's check, and he called me shortly thereafter saying I had to accept the 4.64% rate. When I asked why, he said "I'm not sure, my boss said it and I don't question the higher ups." Obviously that's ludicrous (and somewhat hilarious), so I said I'll pass. Went to another dealership that night and bought the same model vehicle at a 2.19% rate. To anyone reading this, I'd encourage you to be proceed with caution if you're thinking about buying a car here. More

I bought a 2017 dodge journey used. the price you see is not what you will pay. We walked in and they immediately tacked on a 2000+ certified fee I told them i'm not paying it and was going to walk out the not what you will pay. They came back with a monthly total i said it was too high and wanted to stay around $150-$180 instead of coming down on price they pulled a fast one and made our loan terms longer. If i wasn't handling kids I would've noticed it instead they quick rushed us into a room to sign papers thinking they had come down like we wanted them to. Our second key doesn't even match our car it has a hatch button and automatic start neither of which this vehicle has. Not happy and wont be back. I did email Agata Klos stopped getting replies when i showed them proof of the price of the car and proof of what we paid. More
