Even though I had lease the vehicle from them for three long years. My lease agreement was 36 thousand mile or three years. I retuned the vehecle in almost perfect condition, at 21,000 miles and a none smoker, and me being a Federal Employee for 24 years, and able to do direct deduction from my payroll or bank account didnot help either. But Liberty Auto City took me in with open arms and gave me a brand new car or Jeep and put all my stress and worries to rest, and I thank them from the bottom of my heart. I must also say thanks to Mr Frank Torres for making it happen. My internet inquiry of the vehicle I eventually purchased was responded to immediately by Mary and Bianca in a pleasant and helpful manner. I met Dan Szumal (sales consultant) later in the day and he was ready to show me exactly what I was interested in and left the rest up to me. He never tried to steer me in any other direction, however was willing to show me other vehicles if I wanted to see them. Up front he showed me the deal they could extend to me all in with TT&L. From due diligence, I recognized that this was a better than expected price out the door. I drove home with the vehicle the same evening and our experience with Aggie in vehicle finance was excellent. She even worked hard to get us a better interest rate the next day.
