Went in for a brake job. Found out the bearings broke as well. I had a video of the mechanic showing me what the issues were. My customer service rep John was great at explaining everything, what costs were etc. Working in sales, customer service is a must. John is excellent at communicating. I watched him talk to other customers and keeping them up to date on their services even if their vehicle wasn’t ready. He gave realistic timing and offered a rental if needed. He went above and beyond! More
