I usually only go in for walk in services but they are always very nice and tell me when my vehicle will be ready. They always check in with me and don't make me feel like I've been neglected! Service was fine, oil change, tire rotation and inspection. It's a little frustrating that whenever I call to ask how long the "quick" service lane will take, it is always 1 to 2 hours.
