I worked a deal to receive 2 oil changes and tire rotations. Little did I know it was a set up and something you do for everybody. You charged me full price and said my deal expired. Horrible experience this time. On receiving my car back, it often hesitates or stops moving when I take my foot off the gas pedal in stop and go traffic. Called the service representative to express my concern and my call was not returned to date which was two days ago. Apparently the fuel injectors were cleaned and the car responds as if they need cleaned. The car seemed more responsive and accelerated better before I took it in for service. Very strange. More
