My experience wasn't bad. Then their price proved to be iron-clad, they would not budge on the price in any way. The Sales Manager, Ron, told me they stood to make only only $600 profit on the sale. However, yesterday, less than one week later the very same car was marked down online by over $300. I'll wait to see how much less it is next week. Their trade-in offer was low but not as low as another place offered but I expected that; nobody wants a 2008 Saturn, even a fairly nice one. More
