Then their price proved to be iron-clad, they would not budge on the price in any way. The Sales Manager, Ron, told me they stood to make only only $600 profit on the sale. However, yesterday, less than one week later the very same car was marked down online by over $300. I'll wait to see how much less it is next week. Their trade-in offer was low but not as low as another place offered but I expected that; nobody wants a 2008 Saturn, even a fairly nice one. More

Shady Dealership Went in and dealt with salesman Jakob Pool, thought everything was going great until he tried to switch me to a lease then said finance told him they Went in and dealt with salesman Jakob Pool, thought everything was going great until he tried to switch me to a lease then said finance told him they cant run my reports. But the problem started when i noticed he took a picture of my drivers license front and back on his personal cell phone. That is not acceptable. Im looking into if that's illegal with my attorney. After that he continued to ask me my SS number a 100 times. He said i must have a freeze on my credit bureau because they cant get into any of them, so i left and went home to make sure there was no freeze or locked accounts. He told me to text him and let him know they were all unlocked, i verified it with all 3 bureaus and my reports were not frozen. I texted him that evening. The next day he called and said nope, cant get into any of them, so i called each credit bureau and verified they were available. Called jakob and he said nope still cant run your credit. Well something is fishy at this dealership, because i just realized today that they didnt try at all, because i get alerts from all 3 bureaus and also credit karma and also my credit cards alert me when someone tries to pull a report. So this guy didnt try at all....so what the heck is going on here??? I have a big down payment, already approved through my credit union and they dont want to sell me a car. And Jakob wont even respond to my text or calls now. Bad business practices there! More
