Shady salespeople! Very unprofessional dealership! I inquired about a car they just got in via the Internet sales person. She sends me photos as there are none posted ye Very unprofessional dealership! I inquired about a car they just got in via the Internet sales person. She sends me photos as there are none posted yet. I ask for the best price and she goes to the manager and gets it. Ok make arrangements to see it with a salesperson she gives my info to.. Speak to him and he tells me the car is in service and then needs detailed and they are hoping it will be ready Saturday.. He tells me not to waste my time driving an hour and a half to see something that isn't there.. He will text me when it's ready. I tell him ok, let me know! Well, get a text this morning saying the car sold last night! That's so wrong! I'm waiting on THEM to go see this car! The salesman knew, the sales manager knew and the Internet sales person also knew about this! This is a very bad way to treat a customer!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! More

Body Shop repair at Downtown Ford/Lincoln Saw Ken at Dealership to get estimate on repair. He inspected damaged mirror , prepared estimate. Replacement not in stock would have within a coup Saw Ken at Dealership to get estimate on repair. He inspected damaged mirror , prepared estimate. Replacement not in stock would have within a couple days and would call to schedule. I signed off on estimate. In and out within less than 1/2 hour. Received his call a couple days later, Scheduled date and time, and estimated time required to complete. Killed some time at dealership until Bryan notified me on the P A system that repair was complete and ready for checkout. Time required was right on the estimate. Result was excellent.
