Test drove a truck and was jacked. Short and to the point do not have any dealings with liberty in Maple Hts. Test drove a 2008 Ford F-150. Dealt with an inept salesman named Arana. He told me I was approved for a loan with Northwest , Warren PA. At a rate of 11.5 %. I told Arana not to go any further until I check my credit union rates. Well I was approved for a loan at 5%. Contacted Arana the next day that I wanted to negotiate a lower price. Never heard a word from Arana. 2 weeks later I received a letter from Northwest bashing and demeaning my credit. Point is Arana approved my credit claiming it was 720. Upon attempting to contact Liberty asking for a manger I received the run around. The so called manger seemed to protect Arana and left me very disappointed.. No satisfaction.... More
