Not sure how to rate this yet. I LOVE the fact that they came to get my vehicle and brought it back…but…it worked properly before they serviced it and did not when they returned i I LOVE the fact that they came to get my vehicle and brought it back…but…it worked properly before they serviced it and did not when they returned it. I am working to get this resolved currently. I had the truck serviced for a recall on the ac blower motor. It worker perfectly fine when it went in for the recall. When I got it back it was almost 100 degrees so the ac just stayed on of course. The next morning taking my daughter to school we got chilly and decided to turn the fan down only to find out we couldn’t. I can change the temperature and where it blows from but I cannot increase not decrease the fan speed…and when I hit the power button to shut it off…it won’t cut off at all. I contacted the shop again and was told it was an unrelated issue and I would be responsible for repair and diagnostic. They came back and said they would cover the diagnostic fee but it was an unrelated issue - which I do not buy. I spoke with my regular vehicle maintenance man and he agreed with me that they had done something wrong and it was most definitely related. I will continue my argument with the service department in hopes that they will do the right thing. More

The truck center has some of the best mechanics and service advisors. They are well trained, tell you what tgey find, and also give you options. I know by taking my Ford Truck F350 there that they have service advisors. They are well trained, tell you what tgey find, and also give you options. They are very professional, courteous, and on time with their work. One thing I wish they would start, since I can't see the work is my old oil filter and type oil used.
