When I received a recall notice, I called Dane (my regular service advisor since going back to Smithfield). He pulled up the recall and offered a service where the tech comes right to the house instead of me making a trip to Smithfield. "Is there an extra change?" "No ma'am." He switched me over to Holly who put me on the schedule. She also got a reading for the battery and said she would have tech check that also. Today Peyton came out in the pouring down rain. There was room in the garage for him to stay dry while doing the battery change and computer update, He was excellent. I was appreciative of him explaining the battery status and he also gave me a copy of the reading. Then he did the update required for my Escape. After he finished, he answered our many questions about what all could be done by the mobile tech versus having to bring it to the dealer. We have two Ford products. Peyton was very polite and professional addressing us with ma'am and sir. FIVE STARS PLUS for this young man!! And thanks to Dane for offering this service to us and Holly for scheduling us.
