I've always came to this center for routine maintenance and issues with my vehicle but this last experience was not a good one. I had dealt with a service associate named Steven and he was very dismissive and issues with my vehicle but this last experience was not a good one. I had dealt with a service associate named Steven and he was very dismissive and gave me no other helpful outlets to keep me as a customer. I found the technician to be entirely unhelpful and unfriendly. Despite my attempts to ask questions about the repair process, the technician seemed unwilling to provide any additional information. The service department staff is always spot-on and professional. Gave updates on the status of my vehicle and explained in great detail what work was needed and cost. Had my car for almost 3 weeks and no work got done. I was told it would take a week. I had issues getting in contact. No one reached out to let me know what was going on. The service was mediocre for a dealership. Felt like the service agent was not interested in my patronage. The scheduling agent was friendly. When my service was completed, I drove home and realized that the service tech did not fully finish putting my protective plates back how he found them and they were hanging down and scraping the ground. Had to drive back to the dealership and wait longer for them to put them back on properly. More
