Very bad experience. 1st they bait & switched me (my fault for falling for it), then the car crapped out completely, a little over a week after purchase. The car was someone's trade-in so it had a crack in the windshield, they said they'd send someone out to fix it -- not fixed, and I had to chase them down to get that non-answer, and then they said I have to come to them for the fix. Non-issue now -- car won't move. More

I can honestly say that I’ve owned few different vehicles and this is was my first GMC that I had purchased the service that I received from Santos as a service writer was impeccable. There’s a little miscom and this is was my first GMC that I had purchased the service that I received from Santos as a service writer was impeccable. There’s a little miscommunication in the beginning but I was contacted by both Scott and Bri right away Bri spoke with me as if she and I knew each for years and all I can say is that I felt like family this took me by surprise because I didn’t feel like “Just another customer” They took care of me better than any dealership I’ve ever dealt with ever and mainly I’ve only owned Toyota and Lexus brands but now I can say that I will be continuing to be a GMC owner from here on out again, thank you Ms Autumn your dealership group is awesome and customer service hands-down is the best that I’ve ever dealt with.
