Tommy, the conversation that we had did not resolve the issue. We are not satisfied with the overall out come of the situation. My first objective was to go to liberty GMC and figure out why the car was not funded yet. When speaking to your Sales Rep Ed Savage, he flat out lied that the car was funded. He claimed to have seen your dealership get a check. In my phone conversation you stated people make mistakes, yes that is understandable when a mistake is made but when a sales rep lies to your clients in order to buy some time that is not a mistake. He clearly tried to convince us that the car was funded when it wasn't. We were even taken to a sales desk and shown your CRM program that keeps track of your internal sales and in that process Ed Savage showed us all the info in the CRM program. We asked for proof from the finance department showing the car has been funded, and Ed stated no one was able to get that information to us, do to the fact that he claimed no one at the dealership had clearance. The whole time we are wondering why he is giving us the run around and just trying to get us to trust him and take his word. When we already knew the car was not funded. Your Finance Guy Vince Helms also showed us that car was not funded do to your lack of paperwork Deer Valley requested. So why would your sales guy continue to lie to us and waste our time and continue to misrepresent your company as well as try to deceive us by concealing the truth from us? Are you a full disclusre dealership? Why did we have to go and ask vince to look up what was going on? Why was Ed keeping us away from your finance department? When seeing this we were completely disappointed and wanted nothing to do with your dealership. Because your sales rep represents your company. We decided to leave the car there at the dealership and speak with you the next day, because who would want to do business with a company that is willing to lie in order to close a deal. Where is your integrity? When we spoke with Vince Helms in finance we clearly told him, we wanted to hold off on the deal until we spoke with you and left the dealership at that. The next day I was given the run around again until we finally spoke that afternoon, AFTER you had force funded the loan with Deer Valley due to us speaking to the rep from deer valley. We would have expected that a person in your position as general manager would contacedt us immediately to figure out why we wanted to unwind the deal or at least try to rectify the situation, but instead I was contacted by you with hostility and I was belittled on the phone. Never have I been contacted or treated the way you treated me by any other company I have done business with. after a lengthy conversation with you, I spoke with my husband and decided to turn off my phone for a while due to the fact that I was outraged and I needed to focus on my work. I then turned on my phone and received a call from you angrily telling me about this review that my husband posted. I had no idea what was going on at the time and you proceeded to say that I needed to take down the review or my car will be towed. I tried to calm the situation because I was so confused. I was bullied and I didn't appreciate your tone or your attitude with me. I was doing my best to be civil and calm through out our conversations. At this point I am not satisfied at all and I stand next to my husbands review, because after conversations with family and friends your actions were furthest from the right thing to do, because if you truly care about your customers you would have called and figured out why we are dissatisfied and pushed to the point that we would like to unwind the deal, but instead you contacted us after force funding a deal proving that you don't care about your customers but care about a sale, proving we are just another number to your business. I do not want to be contacted by phone or email, because I am done being bullied and yelled at. I am a woman and the way I was treated was very harshly, I would have excepted a lot more from reputable dealership. At the end of the day we are victims of consumer fraud, and consumer fraud is defined by AZ law as any deception, unfair act or practice, false statement, false pretense, false promise or misrepresentation made by a seller or advertiser of merchandise.

Dear, Liberty Gmc(tommy helms) We just got a phone call from a representative by the name of Candice from DeerValley Credit Union. The car is not funded and it's been 34 days since the January 25th when we drove the car off your lot. After being harassed, lied to, bullied, and having your personally force fund our deal and tell us that the car is funded. We where informed today that the car is not funded and we want nothing to do with your business and would like to take backthe car that belongs to your business and request our money back that we put down as a down payment.
