I bought my Sierra EV from another dealership in the Phoenix area. I found a manufacturing defect in one of the doors of the truck. After 3 months of constantly reaching out to the selling dealership Phoenix area. I found a manufacturing defect in one of the doors of the truck. After 3 months of constantly reaching out to the selling dealership to get my truck fixed, I gave up on them and contacted Liberty GMC. I was greeted by Rick Kinslinger in the Service department who quickly assured me they would make my vehicle right. Rick was a model of professionalism, keeping me updated along the way and going the extra mile to arrange a loaner vehicle that was comparable to my Sierra EV. Even though it is a long way to travel for me to visit this dealership, I will now use Liberty GMC for ALL my service needs from now on. Great communication, made me feel like I was their best and only customer. Thank GOD customer service lives!! More

You have an automatic system that notifies you on repairs needed and approval of the services. You really need to add an estimated time of completion. My service advisor was out sick and I was going on 3 day needed and approval of the services. You really need to add an estimated time of completion.
