Noise from wheels while driving. Took car in because of noise from wheel area while driving. Afraid it might be a bad wheel bearing. Turned out to be only a noisy tire. Not serious. When I went in the door, I went to the cashier window that was steps inside the door. I have to say they two ladies inside were not helpful, sending me to the service counter.They sat in their seat and pointed in the direction of the parts counter. I finally found the service area, after having to ask twice. That would be my only frustration with walking in as a new customer. Everyone else was very pleasant and helpful. More
