Service at thelast minute I had a battery that was dead. Honda Roadside Service came to my place of employment on Wednesday and jump started it enough to get me home. Tried t I had a battery that was dead. Honda Roadside Service came to my place of employment on Wednesday and jump started it enough to get me home. Tried to start it up on Thursday morning but nothing. Liberty Honda sent someone to give me a jump and I drove directly to Liberty. They replaced my battery (covered by manufacturer's warranty) and performed all the necessary recalls too. Service was fast and thorough. I can't say enough good things about Casey. He texted me often to let me know what was going on. Thank yo Casey! More

Excellent Customer Service!! I usually go on Saturday's first thing as a walk in. It’s great I am the first one in and the representatives are all waiting to help you. The rep goes over what type of service is recommended and gives you some some alternative options. They are very attentive and courteous! The provide you with updates on how it’s going and if the have found any unexpected maintenance. Since my Honda Pilot is a 2017 the maintenance has been pretty typical! I love the Pilot it’s a great alternative to an SUV. I also like the facility and staff! Libery is A-1!!! I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from them! More
