(I assume she could tell that the customer was busy typing a response, as most chats function this way.) Also, instead of being able to schedule an appointment, I was promised that a service team member would call "asap" to schedule it. However, no one called all day so I placed a call on Tuesday with good results and got great service during my appointment on Thursday. Using the website to make an appointment was challenging, especially after providing all of my car and personal information as requested, only to have to repeat it during the chat. Lesson learned . More

He took it on a drive, and figured out the most random issue. The cosmetic cap and the strut were an issue, and he is taking care of the whole thing. Ordered new parts, made sure the warranty covered it, and checked all bolts and things on the bottom and around the car to make sure everything else was right. TJ is one reason i’ll buy another Honda. More
