Service visit I was very pleased with the service that I received with my recent service visit. They greeted me quickly and completed the work in record time, which I was very pleased with the service that I received with my recent service visit. They greeted me quickly and completed the work in record time, which was important as I needed to get back to work. Ryan was polite and knowledgeable. He was also very helpful in getting some information on the EV mode that I needed clarification on. I appreciated that very much. The only negative note I have is the $4.99 'misc fee'. I have never been charged an extra fee (which Ryan explained is charged to every customer). This essentially wiped out the coupon I was given. Parts and labor are expensive enough without tacking on this miscellaneous extra charge. This is not a reflection on the service I received from Ryan as I know it is the dealerships policy, not his. I also do not appreciate that there is pressure to give you 5 stars or it's considered a failure for Ryan. I would think you would want honest feedback. Again, Ryan's service was great. My negative comment is not a reflection of his service to me. More
