Emergency walk-in service We appreciated the attention that we received during an emergency drive- in to the service bay. We were 2 hours from home when the service light flash We appreciated the attention that we received during an emergency drive- in to the service bay. We were 2 hours from home when the service light flashed. TJ and Shental took the time to make a quick assessment and perform a quick service to allow us to continue home safely. And knowing that follow-up service would be required at our home dealership, we were only charged for parts. Their expertise and kindness were greatly appreciated. More
First visit for service This was my first visit to Liberty Honda for service, and I was very pleased with how quickly the service department was able to take care of my car. This was my first visit to Liberty Honda for service, and I was very pleased with how quickly the service department was able to take care of my car. I thought I'd be there for over 2 hours, and they were done within 90 minutes. The services advisor took a few minutes to orient me to the waiting room and the amenities there, as well, which I appreciated. Everything was clean and the everybody was professional. It's what I've come to expect in any Honda dealership. I'll definitely return in the future! More

Great customer service I had a scheduled appointment for my oil change and when I got there the employees were so nice to me. It was my first time coming there and they made I had a scheduled appointment for my oil change and when I got there the employees were so nice to me. It was my first time coming there and they made me feel so comfortable. Even though the wait was a little longer than scheduled they made it up to me and I didnt mind the wait either. Overall I enjoyed my experience there and will definitely be going back there for all my vehicles needs. More

Even though I live in Manchester where there is another Honda dealership, I prefer to go to Liberty. The service team staff is always courteous, helpful and friendly, and so are the ladies at check where you pay. Jaime and the service I came in for my first oil change, It took much longer than expected because my stubborn car would not update the maintenance. Jaime and the service manager explained the issue and kept me updated on the progress. They were kind enough to adjust the charges, too, because of the longer than usual wait time. More
