When I went in the door, I went to the cashier window that was steps inside the door. I have to say they two ladies inside were not helpful, sending me to the service counter.They sat in their seat and pointed in the direction of the parts counter. I finally found the service area, after having to ask twice. That would be my only frustration with walking in as a new customer. Everyone else was very pleasant and helpful. More

Better the second time around! I had a scheduled oil change that was going to take much longer than I had time to give. Friendly, informative, nice waiting room, good service I call ahead and have an easy time finding out what needs to be done, given a clear estimate, and like the people who take concerns and my car.
