car repair after accident Was involved in car accident (was sideswiped causing damage to much of the right passenger side I wanted a Honda collision center to do the work as I Was involved in car accident (was sideswiped causing damage to much of the right passenger side I wanted a Honda collision center to do the work as I have only had the car about 8 months) I wanted Honda professionals to make the repairs. My car went into the collision center on Oct 15, after receiving a repair estimate from Allstate. there was additional damage once the work started, and Dave Chappel contacted Allstate and got there approval to continue and make repairs. This occurred a couple of times as new damages were found. Over the time, I'd call to get an update and I was treated with courtesy . One time I called and Dave was not available, John had answered my call and told me he would walk out to where Dave was to get my answer. They work very well together for customer satisfaction. I hope I never have to take it back for repairs, but would if I had to. They also took care of a Honda recall saving me from having to do it later. More

The only thing I would suggest is to offer a customer that needs a rental car the same car he or she has but in a newer model. Great way to see if a customer likes the newer model and can be a great sales tool. I needed a rental car and got a van (not Honda) which is fine but I would not be buying one in the future. Wouldn’t have minded trying the newer Pilot for a couple hours. More

Chloe, my service representative was very professional, polite, I brought my car in for an oil change, general checkup and blinker light not working. Chloe, my service representative was very professional, polite, and was able to recommend several services I should have done. Later she came to tell me that the mechanic found several problems, and they could take care of them that day if I wanted to wait. I was very please with this, and so I did not have to come back another day. I bought my Accord 28 years ago from Liberty Honda, and their service department has been taking excellent care of it ever since! More
