Service department is incompetent and doesn't understand how a purchased warranty works. Had a problem with a factory installed gas tank hose leak. The hose is part of the fuel tank and therefore cannot be replaced by itself. Warranty doesn't cover hoses. When we called the warranty company they told us Liberty Honda did not explain that the hose comes from the factory as part of the fuel tank and therefore the replacement of the fuel tank should be covered. More
Pleased, once again TJ took the time to explain what service my car needed ahead of time and helped me plan my appointments. However, when I spoke to Janice Acosta, she assured me that she would do everything possible to make sure that things would be done properly. Her tone and Attitude was great. She really made me feel comfortable. When I got my car back, everything was fixed, and my car drove well. That day I left Honda service department feeling really good.
