When we visited the showroom, in Alex's absence, Dudley was knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us. We came back to close the deal with Alex and it was smooth - honest , no high-pressure sales tactics, no bait and switch, no last-minute additional charges, they let you know all the fees upfront- ideally just what a dealership should be. I was dreading the car buying process but Liberty made it a pleasure. I would definitely go back to buy from them again and would highly recommend them. More

After finding the exact same 2021 Kia Forte GT-Line in Gravity Gray on several different Kia dealer’s websites, I sent an email to four dealers giving each one the opportunity to sell me this car. While three of the four dealerships replied back with stereotypical sales tactics and no concrete answers, Tony Catalano from Liberty responded in a very timely and efficient manner with answers to all my requests. Thanks to his sales manager Dave Perrotti, Tony was able to give me a great price and was right there with fast responses to my follow-up email inquiries. Early that evening, I came in for a scheduled test drive. There was never any hard-sell sales tactics. Instead Tony was easy going and extremely down-to-earth. I cannot express enough what a pleasure it was to work with him. Two days later, I came in to pick up my new Forte. The car looked great and, after Bernadette O’Keefe efficiently explained all the details of the transaction, Tony took his time to go over all the detailed features of the car. This little Forte replaces my 19-year-old van and I love it! If you are reading this review, I can only say, ask for Tony Catalano and give Liberty a chance to sell you your next car. This is the second car I’ve purchased from Liberty and they are all great people to work with!
