Hi Liberty Team: First off this isn't about anyone Hi Liberty Team: First off this isn't about anyone individually. Your staff has tried its hardest and has called me weekly to report the fail Hi Liberty Team: First off this isn't about anyone individually. Your staff has tried its hardest and has called me weekly to report the failure to fix my vehicle. However, I am sharing what I feel is a failure of your brand and service. We bought a 2013 Mazda from Liberty. As recently as June I paid $1700+ for a full replacement of significant issues around steering. I have paid you every time you've asked me to do something every time you serviced my vehicle (please check service history). 8 weeks ago, the car's engine completely died. We had the car towed to you with a promise that you'd repair my engine since this 'always happens with Mazdas from 2013 and older.' John has called my wife and I every week stating any day now it will be ready- each time it wasn't and we've been given multiple loner cars (one you asked us to return and swap out). This week we received the call that the car was unfixable, not because of the engine (which was replaced) but because of a faulty part that you put in when we replaced the steering in June ($1700). This week you asked us to return our loner car, and stated that our 2013 Mazda was mostly drivable but not really- and that we should pick it up. My wife thinks we still need to pay for the repair- I do not. We are coming Friday or Saturday to pick up our unfixed car, and I am not expecting to pay since the work was not completed. That said, clearly we will no longer be purchasing a Mazda for ourselves and we will not be recommending your brand to anyone who ever asks. I am sorry but you requested feedback; I hope this helps you improve. Philip Meer 646-373-5022 Mazda CX9 (currently in your shop) More
There is a reason that I drive a half an hour from Massachusetts. I could go to the Mazda dealership in Springfield, but liberty Mazda is the absolute best. Their customer service, their work ethic, a Massachusetts. I could go to the Mazda dealership in Springfield, but liberty Mazda is the absolute best.
