This is the 2nd issue I’ve had with this dealership. I responded to your communication the first time and never heard back. I don’t see why this time it would be different. The tech tried to blame me and the sport mode for the issue. He said it wasn’t supposed to be used. If you don’t know what is wrong don’t blame the owner. The tech should be only replacing parts not diagnosing vehicles. Part of the reason for buying a Mazda was for the dealership support of it. From what I have experienced I will be looking elsewhere.
