I was told I caused the issue by using sport mode on my Cx-5. The tech said you shouldn’t be using sport mode. Service advisor said don’t use it. I contacted Mazda and they told me to not use it during sli Cx-5. The tech said you shouldn’t be using sport mode. Service advisor said don’t use it. I contacted Mazda and they told me to not use it during slippery conditions. So this dealership can’t figure out an issue and blames the owner. Avoid this dealership unless they are just replacing a part not diagnosing a problem. More
