The dealership staff does a great job. Shannon was great despite the computer issues she was experiencing that particular day. I don't know who sets the prices for service but I felt truly robbed at the price for changing a cabin filter. 3 minutes to change it and the part costs under $25 yet I was charged $80! I could have easily done this myself had I know I could. Cost for changing the air filter was not as bad but still higher than a fair price. Some services were "recommended" that are NOT recommended in the Mazda owner's manual for my current milage. Pricey services. I had always felt Liberty was fair which is why I continued to bring my vehicles there for service well after warranties expired, however, I will be rethinking this. More
