I’ve attempted to unsubscribe from this dealership’s marketing messages multiple times using their link, replying directly to Christian Pfiffner, and requesting removal, yet I continue to receive unsoli marketing messages multiple times using their link, replying directly to Christian Pfiffner, and requesting removal, yet I continue to receive unsolicited texts and emails. This has gone on for months. Christian Pfiffner felt the proper response to my asking to unsubscribe was to send multiple spam emails, never addressing the issue. If a business cannot honor a simple opt‑out request, it raises serious concerns about how they handle customer information and whether they follow basic compliance standards. I would strongly recommend paying close attention to how this dealership manages communication and customer data before doing business with them. Reliable companies respect unsubscribe requests, this one has not. More
