I chose Liberty Toyota because they had an older Prius with very low milage for sale. James Koluboi worked with me through the whole process. He was personable, knowledgeable, meticulous, and efficient. He seemed to always be thinking about how we could get more than one thing done at a time to make the experience more more quickly. James encouraged me to ask questions and took the time to answer them well. When he did not know the answer to a couple questions, he quickly found out from someone who did. The only down side to the experience was that my quick 3 hour experience ended up stretching out over 2 days because of a the New Jersey DOT website was down, so no temporary tags were available. This was not James's fault, but something needs to be done by the association of dealers to avoid inconveniencing customers like that in the future. That said, James did all he could to keep me happy. He put me in a quiet room so I could get work done while I waited. They provided a free rental car and James even led me part of the way home as we left the dealership together. James came in on his day off the next day to make sure that my temporary tags were on the vehicle and that I was ready to drive away when I returned the next day. I would recommend working with James when buying a car from Liberty. More
