My experience at Liberty Toyota was beyond exceptional! When I first pulled up, my parents and I were greeted outside by Jeff Noll. Right from the begining, I felt extremely comfortable and at ease. This was my first time looking for a new vehicle and I was undecided about specific makes/body styles. I was also unsure on whether to finance or lease. When I explained this to Jeff, he reassured me that there would be something at Liberty Toyota for me. After showing me a few cars, I decided to take a 2013 Toyota Corolla for a test drive. Jeff even asked me what colors I liked and made sure that the Corolla I test drove was in one of those colors. :) During the test drive, Jeff was able to fully answer any and all questions I (or my parents) had asked. I honestly felt as though I was talking to a friend in the passenger seat, not just a Sales Consultant. When we returned to the dealership, Jeff was able to lay out all of my options. I decided on a lease and I am 100% happy with my decision. I never felt pressured into spending more than I felt comfortable with and that is what I appreciate the most! (I had visited another dealership the day before and I left feeling pressured into looking at vehicles out of my price range.) The day after I drove my car off the lot, I received a phone call from Jeff checking in on me and making sure I was happy with my car, which I was and still am! Overall, my experience at Liberty Toyota was fantastic! Even my parents, who are two car owners, agree that this was the most pleasant experience at a car dealership. I would highly recommend Liberty Toyota and Sales Consultant Jeff Noll to anyone!! More
My husband and I went to Liberty Toyota after an ice-cold reception at another Toyota dealership. We liked Liberty. Right away we were greeted and our sales associate Doug Phillips was very pleasant and go reception at another Toyota dealership. We liked Liberty. Right away we were greeted and our sales associate Doug Phillips was very pleasant and got us set up for a test drive right away. Considering it was close to closing time, we were very happy that Doug and his manager Chris Bennett went over the vehicle and answered our questions. We still weren't sure if we were going to lease a Tacoma or a Camry, so we decided to sleep on it. Doug and Chris were great and not pushy. Chris even offered to buy our dinner if we returned to Liberty to finalize the transaction. My husband and I decided on the vehicle (Tacoma) and we decided to return to Liberty because they were professional, Doug and Chris were friendly and answered our questions about the vehicle, and the facility is very clean has many amenities like a children's play area. We went back and Doug and Chris were an absolute pleasure to work with when it came to pricing and financing the lease. Oh, and Chris remembered our dinner and asked for the receipt! Dinner really was on him! Also, when we returned we were greated by other sales associates. Even when we told them we were there for Doug, they took us to his area and asked if we wanted any refreshments. It is really nice to see colleagues who work well together and help each other. We met with Kylie for the lease financing. She answered all our questions and gave us time to look over everything before signing. I would highly recommend Liberty Toyota to my friends and family. I must share my very positive experience with leasing my New Rav-4 Limited from Liberty Toyota on December 6th, 2012. My salesman Angel Arroya and sales manager Jean Claude Duplessis were the reason I did business at Liberty Toyota and drove home that night in my new car. They displayed the utmost respect for my time, demonstrated true professionalism, exhibited honesty and integrity and were able to eliminate the usual anxiety of the sales process. I found their overall professionalism and courtesy beyond my expectations. How refreshing. They truly expressed an interest in my business, worked hard to earn it and repeatedly mentioned how much they appreciated it. Treatment like this at a car dealership is hard to find. Angel and Jean Claude are true assets to this organization and represent it well. I encourage everyone to do yourself a favor and ask to deal with Angel Arroya and Jean Claude Duplessis to experience the exceptional treatment for yourself. More
My boyfriend and I had seen a car online from Liberty Toyota dealership and we decided to make a quick stop on Christmas Eve. We were immediately greeted with a friendly 'Hello' from Jeff Noll. He was Toyota dealership and we decided to make a quick stop on Christmas Eve. We were immediately greeted with a friendly 'Hello' from Jeff Noll. He was able to receive our information from the people we spoke to about the car over the phone. Being that it was Christmas Eve, we hoped Liberty Toyota would take the time to show us the car of interest and we would not feel rushed to leave so that they could close and go home. Jeff Noll was happy to help us and was not eager to get us out the door. He took the time to receive all the information we would need on the car I was interested in, including the Carfax. We even took the car for a test drive. I took a day to decide if I wanted to buy the car at Liberty Toyota. I decided the deal Liberty was giving for a car so nice was worth going back for. Jeff was again very friendly and had great customer service when I came back to make the purchase. I also met Chris Bennett and Lydiann Moulton the day I bought my car and they both were friendly too. When I left, I immediately texted my friends that I highly recommend Liberty Toyota for the next time they are looking for a car because of the great experience Jeff and everyone provided. Thank you! I have purchased six new vehicles in my lifetime and my experience with David Smith and the team at Liberty Toyota completely surpassed expectations. We were greeted warmly by the internet manager, who took the time to go over my emails from earlier in the day and was already clued in to what vehicle I was looking for and what I was able to afford. I was very impressed that he came out to shake my hand, introduce himself and reiterated what I had expressed in email earlier. It made us feel like he was really interested in what we were in need of, not just what they wanted to sell. David Smith was extremely friendly and easy to work with. He was straight forward, explaining everything in a clear and concise manner. He knew what we could work with, and he delivered. There were no high pressure sales tactics, and we certainly didn't get the impression that David was only concerned about a sale. He worked hard to ensure that we were happy, and he certainly achieved that! I have to say, though, we arrived a little later than we had planned and our transaction went beyond closing hours for the dealership. David still took all the time we needed, without hesitation, and even connected my bluetooth and set up my navigation. A salesman like that earns repeat customers and is definitely an asset to the dealership. We love our new Corolla S, and we will absolutely without a doubt return to David and Liberty Toyota for our next purchase! More

Jeff was a wonderful salesman. I usually DREAD car salesmen because of their pushiness and lack of respect. Everything was ready when we returned to the dealership! We were there for only 45 minutes. (That has to be some kind of record). Please be sure Jeff gets the recognition he deserves - if he were my employee, a bump in position or pay would be in order, that's for sure. Happy holidays to all the kind folk at Liberty. The Dealership Sales Person is really great. He is very patient and shows me lot of Vehicles and during the negotiation he is trying to make the deal with the customer.
