Family purchased six vehicles at different Toyota dealer in area and all serviced there. Then they tried to charge me a Diagnostic Fee for a Toyota recommended check when all that was required was an OBF pl in area and all serviced there. Unwilling to resolve however corporate remedied called for new dealership on pricing bext service. Liberty Toyota not only beat every price considerably but my final service was less than quoted. This is my new home for all Toyota services. Expedient and no surprises. Friendly customer service. Intake was apologetic for my wait when checking in; however, it wasn’t until I was seated in waiting area I realize it was less than six minutes past my appointment time. As I worked a gentlemen came to clean up my torn worksheets and threw them away. Wow! More
