EVERYONE at Liberty Toyota was exceptionally attentive and helpful when we purchased our new Camry yesterday. An extremely exceptional employee is Mike DeLaRosa. I called Alysia and asked about prices on two different models. She called me back within minutes and was open and honest about prices from the start. Very polite and easy to talk she invited me to take a models. She called me back within minutes and was open and honest about prices from the start. Very polite and easy to talk she invited me to take a test drive and i came in about 20 mins later. I was greeted by salesman patrick who was ready with the prices and payment plans i asked Alysia about earlier which showed me the dealership was organized. I took a test drive and bought the car that day. Had a good feeling at the dealership it was clean, people were nice and helpful had a great experience. Later that night i took my new car to get dinner and a women stopped me and asked about my car, I was proud to say i got it at liberty and told her about the prices and plans and she said she was going to visit this week for a new car. Thanks to Alysia and patrick for making the nightmare of getting a new car a positive experience. More

I went in twice to this dealership not sure what exactly I wanted to get. I knew what I liked but I didn't know much about the other vehicles available. My experience today at Liberty Toyota was very pleasant because Michael Rousakovski helped me without hesitation and was very kind. After checking in at the service department I walked over to my seat and almost slipped on the floor due to a spill before I sat down. Michael was walking by and I asked him if he could get someone to wipe it up. Without hesitation he cleaned it up himself. I also had another pleasant experience with him a few months back as I came to Liberty to see if someone could help me reconnect my bluetooth to my car. The person who sold me my car was not available and again he took the time and helped me without hesitation. I purchased my fourth toyota in October from Liberty and when it is time to purchase my fifth I will personally request Michael as he had no vested interest in helping me other then being just a person who cares about helping someone even if they didn't purchase a car from him. Since our first RAV4 entered the shop for maintenance, our repairs has always been handled through Joseph. I would not trust my vehicle with anyone else but Joseph. I can honestly believe his information to me from the mechanics is reliable and trustworthy. He is thinking of the customer and lets me know "good customer service and honesty goes hand in hand, as well as the company's reputation". I informed Joseph that we were just browsing for another car, and we were introduced to "Angel Arroya to show us around. We only went there to browse, and wound up buying a RAV4 instead, browsing was my only intentions at this time. Angel gave us a very good deal on my old RAV4, so we were comfortable getting the newer version of a RAV4. My husband is not a wonderful person get along with, and these guys were very honest and showed him respect, even tolerating my husband's bad side. I know Joseph puts up with my husband's attitude and disposition for years, and does not show frustration. I want to thank Joseph for the years he has given me and my husband, and introducing us to Angel, the one with the kind and gentle temperment and patients. Working in Customer Service is not easy, and customers always complain about the reps attitude. My thanks to these two strong patient men for dealing with the public and our nasty ways. I am not a firm believer, "The customer is always right". More
Mr. Fazio is very friendly and accommodating. He made sure everything is taken care of. It was my third time taking my Rav4 to their dealership for service maintenance and it was my first time meeting hi sure everything is taken care of. He pointed out that I haven't taken in my car for the recall repair and he made sure that was taken care of too! Nobody else told me or offered that to me. I definitely recommend going through him for all your service needs. :) More
RUN AWAY FROM LAN!! My wife and I had been talking to Lan Cain about purchasing a 2009 Toyota Camry. We spoke on a Thursday and he advised me of my financing options of 500 down 595 a month or 1000 down 485 Cain about purchasing a 2009 Toyota Camry. We spoke on a Thursday and he advised me of my financing options of 500 down 595 a month or 1000 down 485 a month. I told him I would have to talk to my wife and we may look around. The next day he calls my wife while we are in a store giving her attitude that we didn't call him back after he spent all day yesterday working on us. He then tells her that he told me about 0 down 495 a month yesterday and that for 500 it was 485 and 1000 it was 475(changing everything he told he and I wrote down not even 24 hours earlier) then my wife told him we were looking around he got nasty with her. She the repeated to him "if we come in today we can put 0 down and leave with a car" He stated "yes that what I just said isn't it?". So we drove and hour down to the dealership cause we were on our was down to that area for lunch anyway. We look at the car he quoted us with. My wife and I decided we would do it with 0 down even though we both wished we could get another sales person because Lan was so rude. After 4 hours of waiting to sign all the paperwork and get into financing my wife starts to feel sick(she is a diabetic) she asked how much longer it would be and he stated 15 min because we were going to get my wife food. 45 min later the only nice thing he did was buy her crackers out of the vending machine because he was wrong. We sign everything I walk into Financing and the woman asks if I am putting 500 or 1000 down today. I was floored! my wife walked in and I told her she broke down in tears. First Lan Cain called me a liar saying I didn't tell me wife about 0 down But really he lied to us because we didn't have a 0 down option!! so after 5 1/2 hours we said we would do the 500 down Lan takes my car to detailing 20 min later he pulls it out and we are ready to go. I get in the car and the driver door is sticky and the center console has spots all over it. I nicely walk back in and ask Lan to come out and has the guys clean it better. He states "its used your not going to get every spot off." I told him I licked my finger and wiped it off I know it can be cleaned better. he comes out takes the car in the back AGAIN. my wife goes to the bathroom and he is in the employee area bad mouthing me and cursing about but unreasonable I was. Being a Certified Toyota the brakes started squealing the next day and the windshield wipers leave huge areas uncleared when you use them. A week later I pull down the back seats and leaves fall out from not being cleaned properly. I will never recommend anyone to this dealership. More
