Upon a recommendation from a colleague, I decided to give it another chance. What a difference! Working with "Fitz" the salesperson was a pleasure. There was no hard sell, no constant running to the "guy in the back" for a price, and no sleazy Hawaiian shirts. I wasn't there for hours, I wasn't asked " what it would take to get me in the vehicle today"- rather, he asked an approximate timeline for when I was looking to buy. The manager, "Joe" came to introduce himself and thank us for coming to the dealership- no hassle, no fast talk, then walked away. The finance person, Lydiann, was fabulous- just presented us with the options available, didn't try to sell anything I didn't want, and we closed our business promptly.
