I stopped by to get the plates put on my new Camry that I purchased 2 weeks ago.My sales person was gone for the day and I had the pleasure of dealing with James K. He couldn't do enough to help me in the absence of my original salesperson.He had my car washed, while waiting I got to know James's history on how he came to U.S. from Africa. I found his story so exciting. He gave me a little history lesson about politics in Africa and how grateful he is to have the opportunity to come here to Liberty Toyota and work. He wanted to make sure the car met my expectations and that I was 100% happy with the service I received today. It was an absolute pleasure meeting James K. I was created outside by David Smith who was very friendly. He answered all my questions was very profesional. I never met him before and when we went on test drive he made me very comfortable and I friendly. He answered all my questions was very profesional. I usually walk away saying the salesman was a jerk. But he was the first that made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend anyone to see David. Your team that prepared the final paperwork for me to sign were top notch. I was impressed how fast it was prepared. My overall experience was great. The only negative thing I have to mention while waiting in showroom I saw several guys walking arounf=d the front counter that I thought were lot guys or shop workers. There were dressed in jeans and other attire that looked like they were sitting around watching football. I asked David why are lot workers hanging out at front counter he said, there not there salesman. Fridays is casual day. I would never assume they were salesman. They looked very un-kept and un-approachable! I love my car so far it rides so smooth. I'm very happy with the car & David Smith's warm personality made the whole experience great! Thank You. More

I had a very good male friend of mine with me because I have had very bad experiences at past car dealerships and being a woman, I didnt want to get "ripped off". We had children with us, one being a 1 yr old, and we went on a Saturday, which was also Presidents Day weekend. From the moment I walked in EVERYONE was exceptional!!! My experience at any other dealership would have probably been a nightmare. My expectations were extremely low, because of my financial situation. The sales consultant, Jaye made me feel like she really cared about me and my well being. She treated me as if I were her child and that she had my best interest in mind. I was very upfront about what I had to offer and in return they were very up front with what they could do for me. I absolutely did not expect to leave that day with a vehicle. I was a little taken back! The friend that accompanied me said he didnt even need to be there. I trust his judgement and he is a very well informed consumer. I recently went through a divorce and a bankruptcy that ruined my good credit and name. NOT ONCE did they judge me or make me feel unworthy! They really took care of me. They treated me like I was there with perfect credit and the buying ability to purchase a top of the line brand new vehicle. They gave me a chance when NO ONE would! Thats ALL that I wanted! They may not realize what it means to me, BUT it means that I can rebuild my credit with a reliable vehicle. It means that I can drive my children in a safe vehicle that is backed by a great warranty. It means that I can look forward to financial freedom! I have told everyone I know about my experience. If i would have not been able to purchase from them, I would still say the same thing!
