Just returned from routine maintenance appt. at Liberty Toyota. As usual, everyone with whom we came in contact was excellent. The gentleman who greets you and directs you to where to pull in your car is Toyota. As usual, everyone with whom we came in contact was excellent. Joe Fazio, as usual, is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We have been dealing with him since 2005 and consider his opinion highly when it comes to service or information on our vehicles (2009 Venza and 2005 Tundra). This was in no small meaasure due to the professionalism of my sales associate, Bert Quinones, who met me at the door and answered all of rewarding. I have been buying Toyota's from this dealership for more than 30 years. To date I have purchased 8 cars from them. It was Johnny Pann's when I first bought there in 1980. My first Toyota was a Corona purc than 30 years. To date I have purchased 8 cars from them. It was Johnny Pann's when I first bought there in 1980. My first Toyota was a Corona purchased in 1970. Liberty has been great to me otherwise I would not be going back so frequently. Their sales prices are competitive with nearby Toyota dealers and the quality of their maintenance work is very high. My 1995 Camry has over 255,000 miles logged, the 1998 has over 145,000 miles and, the 2008 is at 36,000. As you can see I'm a satisfied Toyota user. More

Mr. Martinez was honest and simply stated what Toyota could do for me this month,and the quality of thier cars.No presure,and no bad mouthing other dealers.He sugguested several cars that Toyota had, let me test drive them and leave.No attitude like he wasted his time.He just handed me his card.I did end up comming back and buy a Rav4, which I love.Mr.Martinez walked me through the purchase and the deal was done.
