He is just a pleasant guy and a SUPER salesman there. He works his butt off!! He made us good deals on two vehicles there. One for me and one for hubby!!! This dealship never pushed me aside or forgot about me which some dealserships do when their busy.. This salesman reminds me of Jack Nicholson from television ( The Shining) and talks just like him!!! But he is not scary he is so pleasureable and funny!! I would definately reccomend this dealsership to others as they are a plus 10 in by book!!!!!!!!Pleny of refreshments there to!!awesome!! Angel is wonderful but unfortunately, the rest of the dealership has given me nothing but frustration. Unfortunately, the salesmen have no authority so in negotiating for a lease Angel had to keep going dealership has given me nothing but frustration. Unfortunately, the salesmen have no authority so in negotiating for a lease Angel had to keep going back and forth to the men behind the window and I did not get a deal close to what was advertised. My car made a knocking noise and after a week in the shop with no idea of the cause they decided it was normal and in the manual. I told the manager that they never said that the car might make noise or showed me the manual, or even the car, before I signed the lease. The manager said "If there was something wrong with a product you were selling would YOU tell people?" When I complained about the transmission on the car and the fact that it is not as responsive as the car I test drove I was told that I have a heavy foot and it's my fault- although I have driven lots of different cars in my life with no issues. When it was recalled a couple of months later, I was told over the phone that something could be worked out to replace the car that was giving me nightmares. After wasting my time for hours at the dealership I was told that it would be impossible and since I was young and had good reflexes, I would be okay if the car sped out of control while an old lady is the one to worry about! I was told over the phone at least I don't have a Honda which catches on fire. They said the chances of it happening to my car were low and I said I had a low chance of getting the flu but I still get the flu shot to which he said I have 100% more chance of getting the flu than a crash- that math doesn't even make sense. More
