My 2019 Rav 4 with 57,000 has a mysterious defect “smart key malfunction” that this Toyota dealership diagnosed as a bad ecu. We paid 1300.00 to fix it at the 5/2/2023. In less than 45 days it has been towe key malfunction” that this Toyota dealership diagnosed as a bad ecu. We paid 1300.00 to fix it at the 5/2/2023. In less than 45 days it has been towed 5 times and waiting for the 6th to arrive. All the same exact problem “smart key malfunction”. Liberty Toyota has had my car more than me in the last 30 days and they cannot seem to find the problem nor fix it. If Toyota cannot fix a Toyota who does?? David Dilissio is who I have been dealing with. I have also contacted Toyota Corperate as well. More

Service was prompt according to the appointment time. My Pet Peeve is staying all day at a shop. Everything needed to be done was explained thoroughly.
