Excellent Customer Service!!! Very honest service department. They will tell you what you really do need and what you really don't need done to your car as far as service maintenen Very honest service department. Way to many times I have been mislead by other service departments (getting things done to my car that were not needed). It is refreshing to find a place such as Liberty Toyota that truly takes care of it's customers. I feel blessed to have found such a great group of people that will most certainly be taking care of my car until it dies of natural causes... lol. Above and Beyond My wife needed a certain model with colors that were not negotiable. Dave Smith found the car, in the Poconos, and arranged having it brought to Liberty. Dave actually did a lot of the pricing ahead of time to make thing easier. The car was not going to show up on time and Dave was unable to get to the dealership this day. I had the day off work and this was the only day we could get the deal done prior to 0% financing going away. This is when Darryl stepped up and knocked it out of the park. He drove to the Poconos to get the car and get it back to Liberty at 7pm. He finalized everything along with management and finance. We left after 11:30 pm in the car my pregnant wife wanted in the exact color pattern. Thanks Dave Smith, Daryl Hertz and the whole Liberty team. More
