Awesome buying experience I just recently leased a Toyota Highlander from Liberty Toyota and Dave Smith was my salesman. I went in with a Jeep that had a lot of negative equity I just recently leased a Toyota Highlander from Liberty Toyota and Dave Smith was my salesman. I went in with a Jeep that had a lot of negative equity and told them what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. With Dave Keegan's help as well, I was able to get the car I wanted, pay a monthly payment that I am comfortable with and get rid of all my negative equity. I also was there with my 1 and 1/2 year old son so I couldn't really spend a lot of time there and they made the transaction quick. I buy a lot of cars and this was such a pain free experience that I thoroughly enjoyed. Dave even called me to follow up and make sure I was truly satisfied! I will be back to do business here and will absolutely recommend Liberty Toyota and their amazing staff for such an enjoyable experience! More

Amazing, refreshing. I had been searching for a car for quite a while. I had a pontiac to trade that I had no equity in. In fact, I was in the red. I had been to many dealerships that claim that they gaurantee that they will give you the best deal around, the best selection, bad credit-no problem. Liberty Toyota actually makes good on all the promises that other dealerships make and don't stand behind. I found my car online through a car search site. When I found out what dealership it was it, I went to the dealership website. I saw that you were able to schedule a test drive and make sure that they hold the car until you get there and not sell it. I put the request in very late on a Friday night and made it for mid-day on a Saturday. First thing in the morning, I had a call from the dealership. In fact, I did not hear the phone on the first 2 tries, and the third I answered. I spoke with a very pleasant young man who was very kind and excited, but not badly in an overbearing way. He confirmed my appointment, told me the car would be ready when I got there and helped with my directions. He gave me very good information with the directions. I had a very difficult time getting there and got to the dealership hours after what I planned. I kept in touch with the salesman, and he kept in touch with me, reassuring me that whatever time I got there, it would be fine. I finally arrived about 1 hour before they closed. Immediately after I pulled in, he was right there. He said the car was ready to go, he needed my license to copy and I was on my test drive. The car was sitting right up front, with a sign that it was being held for me. I was looking at a very small car and there were three of us. Instead of him coming with us, like they are supposed to do, he put a tag in the window and said, go for a drive, take as long as you want, no problem, no hurry. In the meantime, he checked out my car for trade. We discussed the deal. I verified the price that I was getting, I did not have to negotiate that at all. The problem was my trade and I knew that. My dealer knew that right away as well. He even said to me that he knew exactly what I was doing and they could accomodate me. The deal that he offered blew me away. I did not believe that I was going to get the deal that I got. I was very happy with it and surprised. My next obstacle was financing. He got me financing that suited me. He even got me better than was promised. The banks had closed by the time I got there so we were unable to finalize the deal. He said he was going to let me take the car home for the weekend. Yes, the weekend. I had the car for the remainder of Saturday, Sunday and all through the business day on Monday. We did not return to the dealership until Monday night to finish the paperwork. This was by far the best experience ever buying a car. Their motto, "Whatever it takes" they fully live up to. I would love to send everyone I know to them and even people I don't. I tell everyone that I know about my deal and my experience. I plan to return to them if I ever need to buy a car again. In the little bit of time that I worked with them, I felt welcome and felt connected to my salesman. I have a young child, and like most young children, they cannot sit still for long. They have an excellent area for kids to keep them entertained. The manager came to say hello and asked where we were from within 30 minutes of us sitting down to work out the deal. We travelled a fair distance and I am so happy with my experience, I would do it again!! Here is the surprising part; I did not buy a Toyota or a Scion from them. I bought a used Fiat that had recently come onto the lot in a trade. It was the only one there. Funny part is that it was originally sold from a dealer local to me who was not interested in selling me a car. Incredible job Nate!! Thank you so much!! More
