First day we came by we had a fairly good idea of what we were looking for and Jeff was nice enough to make his presence known but let us do our own browsing and only come over after we had looked everything were looking for and Jeff was nice enough to make his presence known but let us do our own browsing and only come over after we had looked everything over to ask if we wanted to test drive or had any questions. Overall he has great personality skills and is not someone that you feel like is breathing down your neck. He gives it to you strate and does not try to hide anything, again very refreshing if you have been to many dealers. We knew almost right away that if we were getting a new car we wanted to deal with him. With a little bit of a heads up he blocked out time to take care of us when we arrived, and the whole process was settled fairly quickly. You don't feel like you're stealing the car from them but more you're getting a fair price and that no one is trying to pull one over on you. I have bought cars previously that when its time to sign your left asking where some numbers came from and there was none of that here. There were no high pressure sales or pushy pitches on optional extras and warranties, even though you were fully made aware of your options in these areas. They worked to get us a car at a financing rate we wanted and even throw in a bunch of extras in places to meet or exceed our expectations of the trade in value of our previous car. You're left feeling good about a very costly and important purchase and knowing that you can come back to them for service without feeling like you're headed back to the "stealership". I plan on referring people i know to Jeff in the future and I am glad I got to deal with someone like him. More

I went on line and checked whether the Camry we were interested in was available. Then I immediately requested the sales rep. Patrick who worked with us before. I highly recommend Patrick Bradley because he again made our car buying experience stress free, pleasurable, and easy. He really worked hard to help us buy the car that was just right for us at the right price. He ended up showing us the car we saw on the website plus two other Camrys. We did not feel rushed or pressured, and we are very satisfied with Liberty. We drove there from Sewell even though there are Toyota dealerships much closer to home. It is worth the trip! Liberty also has a great service department. We love our Camry! THANK YOU PATRICK!! We will be back!!! More

He proceeded to carry out the proceedure in a professional maner, we even traded jokes as we went along and Tito was thourough and confident and he explained what he was doing as he went along so as not to confuse me or missdirect me into making a dicision of such magnitude without knowing what I was getting my self into .
