I was in the market for a new SUV and was looking for a newer, used Hyundai Santa Fe and found one listed with Libertyville Hyundai. I contacted the dealership via e-mail and received a quick response fro newer, used Hyundai Santa Fe and found one listed with Libertyville Hyundai. I contacted the dealership via e-mail and received a quick response from Matt Carter. He promptly answered the initial questions that I had, and we set up an appointment for me to test drive the SUV. Matt was nice, pleasant and professional, answered more of my questions and worked to secure financing for me. I walked out the proud owner of a 2019 Santa Fe with under 9,000 miles and had a good experience purchasing my new vehicle. I would recommend contacting Matt if you are in the market for a new car! Beware Dishonest . After receiving online quote and making an appointment I went to dealer to find out they will not honor quoate and added over $5000 to the MSRP .The After receiving online quote and making an appointment I went to dealer to find out they will not honor quoate and added over $5000 to the MSRP .They even tryed playing games with trade in (sat for over 2 hours when they advertise less than 30 min) . Do not buy from here. Refused to sell me a vehicle unless I purchased their package. They wanted $3000.00 extra for what they called a warranty.
