I purchased a used Honda last month and Anthony was the salesman. Anthony is a great guy. He was professional and friendly. I keep getting the same run around and BS story that my plates will definitely be in before the temp expires. Well I am at the date of expiration of my temp plate, still no help from anyone there at the dealership and at DMV there is no record of my vehicle VIN number nor plates and registration assigned to the vehicle I purchased. How do I know that you may ask?? I am a police officer and I looked up my VIN number because I was becoming suspicious of the dealerships run around. As great of a salesman Anthony was, I feel bad for him in the future because the rest of the dealerships lack of customer service!! More
