Service Manager's communication was terrible! We had to leave our vehicle overnight and was told someone would pick us up the next morning when our car was ready. We had to find a way to get there, as our day was already totally wasted and we had appointments to fill!
We had an extended warranty policy which someone had checked out when we left our car, and was told that the service needed would be covered.
When I spoke to the Service Manager at the Greenbook Liccardi Dealer he wanted to know who was paying for the service and they would not release our car until they knew! Needless to say they had a copy of our extended warranty with my paperwork from the day before when we dropped off our vehicle! I called the MaxCare Agent, regarding our service plan and he advised the invoice had never been faxed! The Service Manager did not fax the invoice until just prior to our picking up our vehicle!! Needless to say this experience has left a very bad taste with us, and we will not refer anyone to that facility!!
