While waiting for the factory to build our car, Brian remained helpful and informative, letting us know when the car was issued a VIN number, and when he could see that it was getting ready for shipment. Once the car arrived at the dealer, Brian helped make the delivery special, with a litt le surprise that he planned with my husband.
