best dealer i have ever found! so i had started my new car search about 3 months ago and everyone i went to just didn't seem right or they couldn't give me a better deal and they we so i had started my new car search about 3 months ago and everyone i went to just didn't seem right or they couldn't give me a better deal and they weren't willing to work for me to get me what i needed ! well i finally gave in and went to Liccardi and let me just say that Anthony was very helpful ! he understood my situation and took in all the factors that were playing against me as a single mom ! he made sure i understood everything he was doing and he made me and my kids so happy with the car he got us into! i feel he is a very family orientated man and honest at that! to me that reflects greatly on the dealership he works for ! i am sending everyone i know that is looking for a new vehicle right to Liccardi and telling them to ask for Anthony!!!! good deal, took too long I purchased a used vehicle at a good price. To start with, I called the dealership the previous day to let them know I was coming from 200 miles away I purchased a used vehicle at a good price. To start with, I called the dealership the previous day to let them know I was coming from 200 miles away to closely inspect the vehicle and work out a possible purchase with a trade-in. When I arrived, I found the vehicle I was interested in was still sitting on the lot, quite dirty and very un-presentable, even though I informed them the previous day that I was very interested in this vehicle. The salesman ( Anthony Robinson ) was very personable and very well educated on good salesmanship. It was a very good experience working with him. It was obvious he was committed to helping me to get the best deal he could while representing the dealership at a very professional level. But I was there for 7 hours. the vehicle cleaning didn't start until the sixth hour and by then I was ready to start the 4 hour trip home. When I arrived home, I found numerous areas on the vehicle that the detailer missed completely. One wheel had missed the cleaning completely, and the others were only half cleaned, with old brake dust and road film covering much of the wheels. Anthony was spot on but I feel the rest of the team needed to pick up the pace. I have an eye for detail and presentation is everything. More
