PEOPLE. ..STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!! If black stars were bad....they'd be a perfect 10!! Absolutely the worst experience of my car buying life!! What a b ..STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!! If black stars were bad....they'd be a perfect 10!! Absolutely the worst experience of my car buying life!! What a bunch of thieves, liars, and xxxxxxxx. Manager (name escapes me) was the worst. The sales person was new (or so she said) so I'd almost give her a pass, even though she started the lies just after she said hi. Sales manager says to me "oh yea, the end of the month, we can make ANY deal work", even after I told her up front my guess at the value of my trades - truck and Harley Davidson - was seriously less than the truck price. She still said "don't worry, we can make it work". The only requirement I voiced to the sales person and manager was...."I didn't come here with a payment, and I'm not leaving with one". That started the smoke and mirrors show. What a pile of garbage. The worst customer service in the history of car dealers. The whole "management team" was involved and should be cleaned out. Maybe new management would bring customers in and actually buy something. More
