I really wanted to give the Scottsdale location a good rating because the salesman Pedro Cruz was great. However thats where the good ends. I worked a deal and when I was in finance they added a $210 fi rating because the salesman Pedro Cruz was great. However thats where the good ends. I worked a deal and when I was in finance they added a $210 finance charge for using my credit card. I used the credit card to pay the money down portion of the deal. I caught this and stated I would write a check instead of being charged $210! Finance was using a digital system and stated he would remove the charge but didnt want to start over. We agreed to have him write a "we owe" into the deal for the $210 instead of starting over. We'll its been over 2 weeks now and I was told everything from it will post to my account as a credit in 24 hours to they will cut me a check. After numerous calls none of this has happened and I even stated I would come down and get the check. Nothing has been resolved and my next step is to hit up BBB and social media. I will not be using this place in the future unfortunately. More

Overall Lifted Trucks was a good experience. They gave me a good deal on my trade in. Although they did not currently have anything on the lot that I was interested in, a quick search of the web They gave me a good deal on my trade in. Considering I actually purchased the truck from the Phoenix location and had nothing to do with Tucson. The vehicle is missing a center cap on a front wheel. The salesman in Phoenix said he would find Phoenix location and had nothing to do with Tucson. The vehicle is missing a center cap on a front wheel. Selection and team are knowledgeable but the sales process itself was a bit challenges. I. Fact, the sales rep took aftermarket add-ons off the order to back into a price to without telling.
