The buying process has been horrible. They were extremely eager to run credit, get me to sign paperwork and wire the money. Once the paperwork was signed and the money was wired it has been like pulling teeth to get any answers on when the truck will be shipped. I requested to cancel the sale and refund my money but they are holding me hostage on that as well. I wired the funds for the vehicle on 6/29 and still don’t have a confirmed delivery date. To make matters worse your response to this is for me to call a manager. I guess it wasn’t important enough for a manager to call me and get a resolution. More
