My wife used to own a Jeep Cherokee that she traded in a few years ago. I searched the internet and found a new 2023 Jeep Cherokee, leftover at this dealership that is over 100 miles away from where I live. few years ago. He was a great please to work with. When we were close to a deal the manager Jay called me and got me to a price that was in my budget. It was very low pressure and I was happy that I was able to get the deal done over the phone. It only took a little over an hour to do all the paperwork. And the payment ended up being about $10 per month lower. When we were done Demetrius had a bouquet of flower for my wife (nice touch). He walked us through the delivery process and answered all of our questions. I was very impressed with all the staff I encountered with their professionalism and kindness. Definitely would recommend this wonderful family run dealership. More

Worst customer service ever They don’t care if you are a Loyal customer All they care is your name. They don’t want to honor any offers or coupons that they give you m. Jesús Rosario is just not friendly. He said it would take 60 minutes that have a tire changed but instead it took 3 1/2 hours . Nobody care. I sorry to say this dealership needs some sore of coaching from Dodge Corporate offices. They also have a sign where it says “ we only use synthetic oil “ ever since when Dodge decided to only use synthetic oil for all of their vehicles. I think the manager decided to do that just so they can charge more money. Just stay away from this please. Go somewhere else. They will make you feel like you are a problem if you complaint about what they are doing wrong More
